Application Development (Self-Funded)
State and local government entities do not pay for any development, maintenance, customer support, deployment or hosting of these self-funded applications or services. Our business model allows government to offer eGovernment services without using upfront taxpayer funds. Arkansas uses a proven self-funded business model that applies a modest fee to a handful of online services. This has funded the development of more than 600 free services for the state.
INA develops, hosts, and maintains these online applications at no charge to the agency requesting it. Included in these systems is the ability to take credit card payments or originate electronic funds transfer (EFT or eCheck) using the Arkansas GovPay portal payment engine.

Applications developed for state and local government entities are designed to balance the need for individualized configuration with reusable and shared components and features. Enterprise Application Solutions are offered at no cost or with nominal transaction or set-up fees, resulting in significant cost savings for agencies looking to develop or implement similar web-based services. Agencies can choose from the following Enterprise Application Solutions that best fit their needs.
Interactive Voice Response (IVR)
IVR is a technology that allows a computer to detect voice and keypad inputs from a land line or mobile phone. This option provides state and local government entities the ability to develop enhanced solutions to their online services, and provides users without access to the internet a convenient way to interact with your agency. IVR solutions can work with inbound calls, and provide outbound call services as well. A toll free number unique to the agency solution is included with the service.
